Volvo named it Polestar? Really? Polestar??

What’s in a car name? Everything! And Volvo just named a dud. When you introduce a brand to the world, it has to be great. In the world of electric cars, where anticipation, innovation, excitement, and revolution are the reigning emotions, you have to hit home run. The world is about to change. Your brand is either part of the future, or about to be destroyed. Marketing in all aspects matters. Brand are being established, to win in the market or lose. VOLVO, to its credit, just introduced a new electric car division, who be DEDICATED to designing, producing, selling and marketing all electric cars. in fact, these EV’s will be performance electric cars: fast, fun, and sexy. This is the third recent move by to go more electric and green and it i the biggest step by far. They should be commended for this. Even though they are late to the game. So why did they name their EV division POLESTAR? It is a terrible name, a blown opportunity to create a brand, boring and, and....well, it has connotations that are, frankly. not needed. WATCH THE VIDEO TO SEE WHAT WE MEAN. When the new EV world is being built, don’t erect a mistake. Be bold and innovative in everything or you will be lost and crushed. I hope Polestar’s electric cars are great, world beating and a must have. Simply put, I hope what they build are better than their horrible name.
