Alt Car Expo 2010
The City of Santa Monica's annual ALTCAR Expo is a free, open to the public, two-day, zero-waste transportation event showcasing the very latest in the world of alternative energy transportation. Vistors can test-drive the newest alternative energy vehicles on the market, as well as soon-to-be-released models, and some vehicles are available for purchase. There are a wide range of exhibits featuring presentations on Electric, Hydrogen, Natural Gas, Propane, Hybrid, Plug-In, and Cycling Technologies. Many experts and industry representatives are on hand. Free bicycle valet parking is on offer.
